Omega 3
I have been using Omega 3 for about 6 months. Initially it seemed to keep my blood sugar number around 120. I am still taking it though my daily blood sugar numbers have risen to around 150. My diet has been mostly good. Of course I wonder how high would my blood sugar numbers would be if I were not taking Omega 3.

Omega 3 has lowered my cholesterol levels 40 points from 185 to 145 . My Doctor ask what I was doing . I told him I was taking Omega 3 . He said wow keep taking it it works
